I've had an email from a gentleman who attempted to buy an Island Line Day Ranger from Bath Spa but they couldn't find it. They searched through rovers and rangers on their Avocet machine and put in the code I898 to no avail although the West Wight Wanderer was there. It is no longer listed on the National Rail page but is found on BR Fares. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Yes thanks I know it exists but why couldn't it be found? Is it not listed on the Avocet machine or could the clerk just not be able to find it?

National Rail seem to have lost a few - the GM Wayfarer has gone, too.
