Could they not route via Tilbury Riverside? I know the station is closed, but the bus link still runs and appears in the NRT

Didnt know Thurrock was a county now ;)

Thurrock's a unitary authority, so no longer administratively part of Essex.

Route not Barking would achieve their aim.

Edit - no it wouldn't, as RJ would then go upminster to Romford!
