Hi all
I have just noticed that the Wherry lines route has been released in the train simulator store and I was wondering if that is the same files etc that was released on the Armstrong Powerhouse site about 6 months ago and ithas been allowed to be sold on the TS store?, or is it just a case that both were working on it and AP released it first??

This isn't the first route that this has happened to, I remember this being the case with the West Highland line, I purchased that from another site only to see it released on the TS store.

Is there any benefit to purchasing it from one site or another??

It seems stupid to me that two separate companies should make the same routes, when they could of made 2 brand new separate routes that players probably would of bought.

Thanks in advance

The AP Route - there is only one Wherry Line route, the version on steam is Armstrong Powerhouse's route (it even says that on the page - http://store.steampowered.com/app/376970/ )

As for the West Highland line, there are two but cover different areas? One goes from Fort William and heads north, while the other starts at Fort William and heads South.

This one "West Highland Extension" covers the route between- Fort William to Mallaig, while the "West Highland Line (South) - covers the route between Helensburgh and Fort William. So again not duplication of routes.
