The spur thing at Baker street you may be thinking of is the two bay platforms that the met use on terminating services.

The other one is the other side of the through lines. But if you are converting it to Quail standards I'll let you get on with it before making any further suggestions. That should iron out the anomalies that make small shacks seem to have more tracks than places like Leeds. I look forward to seeing it. Good luck!

Crewe is easy to tick off, but Oxford would take some doing! But there's no difference - except instead of a platform island either side of the through lines at Oxford, Crewe has several.

So as it is I can tick off Crewe entirely, but not Oxford, despite having been in all the platforms at Oxford but not all at Crewe.

Why is it so hard to complete Oxford.. I have! Including both up and down through, and Down Goods Loop..

I don't think any passenger trains are booked non-stop though are they? So the only way to do it is on a railtour.

How did you do the DGL?

Done the Down Through twice (once on the Down Pines Express Voyager in 2007 and again on the 1145 RDG - LDS FestEx in the same summer), the Up Through being doable on the Up Pines Express Voyager in previous years.

Very good effort although I am confused with the inclusion of Brockley Whins, Seaburn and East Boldon as they are now part of the Tyne & Wear Metro, whereas the the rest of the metro system is missing. Is this something you intend to add in? also its Almouth for Alnwick not Alness. Its still a very good resource which I have saved
