I've just finished watching a Ross Kemp episode on the Neo-Nazi gangs that inhabit Russia, attacking and brutally murdering immigrants.

I came across it purely by chance, but I don't think I've ever seen such shocking television.

Young girls openly supporting and endorsing racism. Corrupt Police officers shooting innocent people. Skinheads stabbing and beating up immigrants on the middle of train services!

Completely shocking. I really can't believe what I've just seen. It seems that racism is still a raving prospect in certain parts of the world.

What are your thoughts on this issue, particularly referring to the situation in Russia?

I think this type of violence is prevalent in most parts of the world and that we should never take for granted the rights and protections we have in blighty.

If it was the same one I saw a little of a few years ago, I was equally shocked.

Indeed, we are very lucky. One of the things I found most disturbing was the fact that these immigrants were getting stabbed, chain whipped and shot, but they openly testified on camera that the Police system was inadequate and uninterested in helping them. Even the gangs admitted that the Russian state was rampant with corruption.

There are of course groups which aim to protect the rights and liberties of the immigrants, but getting noticed in Russia is incredibly difficult, and getting to court is even harder.

One immigrant (I think he was Turkish) was involved in a situation with a Policeman. I can't remember what he had done (or if in fact he had done anything) but the Policeman demanded a £20 bribe in exchange for a let off. The man said he didn't have it. The Policeman said to him 'You know, I can kill you.' He raised his gun and pointed it at the man's face, but he turned his head as the Policeman fired. The bullet took out one of this teeth, travelled down his neck and lodged itself in his shoulder. The immigrants friend was horrified and demanded that the Policeman called an ambulance. The reply was, 'If you want an ambulance, go and use a Public telephone.'

Incredibly, after a long legal battle, the Policeman was put in front of a court and given nine years, which would be considered very rare for such circumstances.

I can remeber most of the gang didn't know what they were talking about. Remeber the part about immigrants taking "there" jobs? Right if they wanted that job why didn't they apply for it if they cared that much!

I can also remeber the video they made for publicity, I noticed that some were fake too (as Ross noticed himself) and others were just out of order.

All I can say about the police, is there just as bad judging by what the people interviewed told him.

Some of it was clearly fake, yes. The video of the Russians beating up an immigrant with computer generated Hitler faces had clearly been staged.

The video towards the end (that he saw at the house) of the immigrant getting beaten on the train was terrible. It must have been a terrifying experience for the passengers, and even worse for the immigrants, who have to live in fear each day whenever they go out on their travels.

The girl was unbelievable, a typical symbol of the dangers of Neo-Nazism. Just like in the days of the Hitler, the fight was aimed at getting the women on board, to spread the ideas of the Nazi's and grow a future generation of pure blooded, country loving Aryans who lapped up the ideas and continued to pass them down.

I tell you one thing, if I saw her in the street I would not expect it, gangs usually have tell tell signs if you know what I mean. Someone like that, quite well off, well educated and so on choosing to degrade herself and quality of life. I always thought people like that would be wiser.

I don't know, but I think Road Wars and 'Send In The Dogs' are better.

Someone like that, quite well off, well educated and so on choosing to degrade herself and quality of life. I always thought people like that would be wiser.

Just like in Nazi Germany, even the brightest were swept up into the chain through the breeding of racial hatred. The Nazis hated the Jews, and sent their feelings to the public. The gangs hate the immigrants, and sent their feelings the same way. It comes to a point where even the most unlikely will get on board and show their support to such campaigns.
