ROSCO maintenance depots

Does anyone know whether the rolling stock operating companies (Angel Trains, Porterbrook and Eversholt) run their own maintenance depots?

If so, where are they?

No, they don't. All work is contracted out. The ROSCOs are essentially financial institutions, not engineering ones.

They don't but some depots are owned but not operated by ROSCOs who have typically financed upgrade works for example Bedford and others are Manufacturer+Rosco owned and manufacturer run e.g. IEP and new Thameslink which creates a general level of confusion...
