After reading a thread about job applicants scouting for information and advice at stations to give them an edge at the interview, I've got a question along similar lines.
I recently applied to a ROSCO to join their professional development programme in the Autumn 2011 intake. I've submitted my CV, and I'll be informed if I make it to interview stage.
I am curious to know if there are any engineers (or any employees suitably in the know) working for a ROSCO on this forum who could shed a little light on exactly makes a ROSCO tick; I know a little about what the purpose of a ROSCO is, but I feel a better insight would help me enormously should I get to the interview stage.
Thanks in advance.
