Rolling stock technician courses

I am a rolling stock electrical contractor looking to further my knowledge and improve my CV.

Has anyone got any advice on courses run? especially on fault finding, technicians courses and generally courses that which will further my career.

I can only find NTAR in Northampton which mostly give courses to permanent rail staff
