They don't go any further than Cheshunt, and never via Tottenham to the best of my knowledge - they tend to be on the Chingford, Shenfield, Hertford, Enfield and Cheshunt via Seven Sisters services.

I took a 317 from Tottenham hale to Bishops stortford on a train going to cambridge

We are not at Tottenham Hale, since both Gnolife and I agree that 315s don't run that way. You then said you had taken a 317 which was going to Cambridge; I agree that a 317 would have been valid, but I am not convinced by the 315.

Heres what I'm going to do, I;m going to scratch my last post of Notting Hill Gate, and put

Class 317 to Tottenham Hale.

That seems like the best solution to this.
