Rolling Solutions Limited involved in another deal

Recently they brought Bakerbus.

Then they sold South Lancs Travel to Rotala.

Now they've purchased Wardle Transport from Arriva Midlands having originally sold those operations to Arriva in 2011.

We are delighted to announce that D&G Bus has purchased the business and assets of Wardle Transport at Mossfield Road, Stoke-on-Trent. The sale will complete in May 2015.

The operational date for D&G Bus to start operating the Wardle routes will be Saturday 9 May.

So, for D&G it's "We're back in the Potteries!" The Directors believe that the Wardle Transport routes will complement their existing portfolio of work which is currently based at Cinderhill Industrial Estate.

Strawberry were a bus company taken over by South Lancs Travel who were taken over by Rolling Solutions so presumably Rolling Solutions acquired a Strawberry operating licence as well as the Green Triangle Buses one which South Lancs Travel had.

They did indeed Merge into one Company and the Manager of Strawberry then Left the Company

The ex-Bakerbus Wright Streetlites have moved to Crewe. One of those is being used on the 300 route today which makes a change from the regular Solos and occasional elderley Darts.
