Forgive the individual seperate postings.

However, Thursday is getting closer now for my assessment for a Conductors position with Arriva Trains Wales in Cardiff.

Again, thanks to all those who have helped me in here. But one last issue I have been informed that there will be a role play to complete on the day.

If possible can anyone give me an idea on the theme of the role play i.e. what situations you are going to encounter. Do's and dont's on the day and any other general tit bits.

Thank you.:D:D:D:D

Okay this will involve ten mins before hand to look at information. The information you need is what platform you will arrive at, at the said station. Where is the cafe taxi rank or phone at the station. If the person is disabled in any way which they will more than likely be, phone ahead to get help. The last one I atteneded also had a cat at the vets, be helpfull pretend to pull phone from pocket and ring the vets.

Get into an acting role here it may seem silly but it is all about customer service another thing what time will you arrive, you may be running late so calculate the time off that.
