Sorry if this has already been answered, but does anyone know what will be running around Bristol this year, specifically the Clifton Down line? Last year it was just 66's, so hoping for a bit more variety this year!

Are the Carlisle RHTT running to Silecroft this winter and turning round? I thought they ran to Barrow and swapped back over there last year. With the line still being closed. There was a movement over the crossover there yesterday. It was running behind the passenger train up to Corkickle I heard it as i was walking home after I got off.

66544 apparently worked 0Z59 Westbury Down Yard - Swindon to join 66549 that arrived from Bristol St Philips Marsh the other day.
Now appears to be a STP 3S59 Swindon Transfer Yard - Moreton-On-Lugg tomorrow & 3S60 return to Swindon Monday, assuming a shakedown run?

There's usually been a mix of RHTT formations in previous years, some with sandite and some without (water jetting only). I'm not sure what determines whether jetting only or jetting + sandite is preferred on any given circuit, or if anything has changed recently.
Browsing some photos suggests there are three typical configurations of the RHTT modules (3 modules per wagon),
1) sandite - pump - tank - tank - tank - sandite

I think the reason for having sandite modules at each end is so that the sandite can be applied after jetting, regardless of direction of travel (otherwise the sandite could be blasted off by the jets).
2) tank - pump - tank - tank - tank - tank

3) as per the first configuration (with sandite) but with an extra wagon in the centre conveying 3 additional water tanks
