Just wondered if there are any RHTT scheduled to work though West Manchester Eccles/Irlam/Swinton specifically and if anyone has times/dates or traction for them?

Nearest I know is the Merseyrail MPV stock move Wigan-Southport then goes around the Merseyrail Northern Line.
The Wirral one comes in via Bidston or Ellesmere Port, so imagine it must go Wigan to Wrexham or Helsby (most likely Wigan-Warrington-Helsby-Ellesmere Port-Wirral), possibly skirting around the edges of Manchester on its way.

I was at Wigan NW on Wednesday and caught two MPVs heading back to Warrington? One came off the Atherton line and changed ends before heading south.
It would appear that we only have MPVs in the Manchester Area, according to a post on Frieghtmaster several MPVs passed through Manchester Victoria. Perhaps on the Irlam line there would be something special since I think 20s or 37s are running near Warrington.
37s were booked to Run along the Eccles line last month for driver training / route knowledge but as far as I am aware they did not run.
I hope someone could give a better answer, or advise on a good location to see proper locos on the RHTT...

Sounds like the Holyhead RHTT then. It's booked 1202 x HHD but can run anytime after the 1123 railcar

Irlam: 06:15 (West) [3S09 Edge Hill - Chester]
Eccles: 08:25 (East) [3S09 Edge Hill - Chester]; 12:35 (West) [3S09 Chester - Wigan]
Swinton: 17:35 (East) [3S50 Wigan - Wigan]
All the above run daily and 'traction' is Network Rail MPVs.
