Retrospective Track Logging Question

In the last couple of years, I've taken to logging the track I am covering using the excellent Track Maps series of books. I'm booked on to the Night Rivera in early July; I know that RTT will have the planned path, but is there any way that I can look at the exact path it's taken after arrival? Railcam's diagrams are very handy in real time to work out what has happened, but I am conscious on this particular journey I'll be unconscious for most of it and it'd be handy if there's any website or servcie that records the routes so I can scratch off the routes after I get in to Paddington!

Post a request on here with the train time and date you travelled, and someone with access to Trust will be able to tell you which route it took, if I'm working and I see the message, i'll be able to tell you exactly which way you went
