Hi,

Is it possible for a retired safeguarded employee to purchase a season ticket for leisure purposes only ?

Thomas

You can get a Rover, which is similar to a Season in that it allows unlimited journeys (generally with time restrictions and a much lower price)

Well, by the strictest interpretation of your question, yes, it is.

What higthomas is saying is that yes, you can buy a season ticket purely for leisure purposes. Because you can, just like every other person in the country staff or not.

What you were asking is if you can get one on a discount I do believe

It is my belief that Privilege Rate season tickets are only issued to active staff for residential purposes they can ,however, additionally be issued to dependants attending an educational establishment depending on certain circumstances.

I see you are in Stenhousemuir? A Central Scotland Rover can be discounted @ 75% with a Priv. Card.
