I've been started on some Acitretin at a low dose in the hope that my already questionable blood work doesn't go crazier than usual before beginning a larger dose. My lips have already started to dry and my forehead is feeling 'scaly' so I'm looking into getting a good moisturiser. I've done some searching and found people have recommended 'Aquaphor' healing, Cetaphil or Cerave. Annoyingly the latter and former are only available through eBay/Amazon, along with a hefty price tag. I'm not too bothered about purchasing if the recommendations are there! I could try the Cetaphil but reviews have shifted more towards the previously mentioned two. Has anyone been on retinoids treatment and have any general recommendations? Sick of my class asking me why I look like I'm shedding like a snake!!

I have not, but my wife suffered from a skin condition that doesn't sound too dissimilar and found Oilatum products effective - both the cream and bath emollient.
