Hi
I have just applied for the position of RSM with XC and was wondering if anyone could give me any info on the role and what exactly it entails?

I've read a lot of conflicting reviews about shifts and sales and that and was just wondering whether it is heavily sales/target orientated

I can't comment on shifts/targets etc. as I don't work for XC.

Retail Service Managers are in charge of providing the at seat trolley service to passengers in Standard Class on Voyager trains. I believe they sometimes also need to provide the complimentary food/drink in First Class as well when there isn't a dedicated First Class Host.
