Restrictions code IO

Can anybody tell me the restrictions of code IO, as used for the new TPE only SSR from Northallerton to York? It is missing from both NRE and brfares.com.

Ugh, surely it should be a basic part of a consumer contract that restrictions are available for passengers to see. How can anyone be expected to abide by restrictions that aren't explained?

I0 should be printed on any tickets that passengers get. They can then look this up at www.nationalrail.co.uk/I0, and see that their ticket is only restricted from use between 04:30 and 09:59 inclusive.
