Restriction Code 1L

Afternoon. Had a customer wanting to buy a ticket from Eaglescliffe to Blackwater near Reading for next Monday. He was not travelling via London & on the 0755 Cross Country service from Darlington & changing at Reading. Believed I could sell him the Super Saver Return, restriction code 1L as he was not going via London in either direction. Journey planner would not let me sell this ticket sighting time restrictions. I know the 1L restriction code quite well I thought as with having a few trains to London every day at Eaglescliffe. I checked, double checked & triple checked the restrictions attached to the code 1L but as I thought could only find details on which trains it was not valid on in & out of London. Nothing about a pre 0900 restriction or 0930 restriction etc.
Would it not let me retail the Super Saver Return because at 0755 at Darlington trains are departing around that time which arrive in London before 1117 Monday to Fridays?

2v appears 'appropriate' , and is not valid on trains departing prior to 0930.

Well that clears that up quite easily. Haha. Cheers, must have never looked at the 2nd paragraph once I've scanned over the London restrictions!
