Lostock Hall was on the west side of the bridge until its 1960s closure. It reopened on the east side of the bridge in the 1980s
And on my deathbed they'll finally open extra platforms to allow Blackburn --> Bamber Bridge --> Lostock Hall --> Wigan --> Liverpool and I'll be a happy man....
