Replacement = ticket that has stopped working ticket gates or has poor legibility. Original ticket is swapped for a new one.
Duplicate = duplicate of a lost/stolen ticket. i.e. a copy of an existing ticket

Replacement available as many times as needed, original kept by ticket office.
Duplicate only once unless exceptional circumstances (original potentially still at large).
