schnitzel is a food dish, not an item of clothing ;)

also lederhosen (I have some) are Bavarian/Austrian rather than German and DB are based in Frankfurt

I wasn't going to pick up on that

But, I wouldn't mind if we could have some apfeltasche or apfelstrudel on the longer distance trips with XC or ATW (not sure how ATW could mind)

I didn't used to like schnitzel, but it's not bad, certainly one of the better german foods. Strudel (and german desserts/cakes in general) is brilliant though
