Congratulations! When I done mine for another TOC it was all "tell me about a time" for example "tell me about a time you showed leadership" having knowledge of southeastern and the traction/routes may be helpful. Take your time, you'll most likely be against a few others so make sure your answers are thorough, and not to samey. They are seeing if you are conductor material so be confident and present yourself politely. Also remember safety is paramount on the railway, it always comes first!
