Hi all, I am a professional model maker and although I specialise in a totally different branch of modelling, I have been asked to create some 'different' models.
By which I mean taking a Hornby (are there others?) train and dismantling it and respraying it and adding decals to create a loco that is currently unavailable from any supplier. Eg taking one of Hornby's half dozen Class 66s and spraying it up into a green and yellow Freightliner version.
Can anyone suggest any others?
I should mention that I live practically next door to the North York Moors railway and its connected to them or so I believe.
