Almost certainly working on Christmas Eve. Not that I'm complaining, I could do with the cash then! More than happy to work Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Actually, that's something to put forward tomorrow...

Christmas started when they started including Christmas music into adverts on TV in October. Once the free giftcard promo started at work, then it really kicked in. Still seems far too early to think about Christmas yet.

I don't mind there being Christmas gift shops in October, as I've almost finished my Christmas shopping and don't have to put up with the crowds come December :)

I don't think about Christmas until December, except my advent calender (which i bought today!). But I can avoid the rush: I'm in Glasgow before 9am most Saturday mornings so I can beat most people to the shops.

I'm getting a better one.

It's 8.5cm wide, 5.3cm high, paper thin and is worth £375. 8)

Don't normally worry about the shopping until Mid December, but i stumbled across a Life on Mars box set in Tesco and thought "Ah, brilliant, that'll do for Dad" 8-)

iPhone? If so, it's hardly paper thin. And why does the value matter. Surely if it had the apple logo and was only £10 it would be worth it.

The iPhone is £269 ...

Try again.

I said paper thin for a reason ...

I know. It IS a piece of paper, and you are going to DRAW your pictures on it. Does it come in a long roll? :)

Yes it is a piece of paper - and no if I draw on it it would be invalidated.

It starts in a long roll depending on issuing machine.

Not on Saturdays; the rush starts at about 11.

Always busy on Saturdays at work. I'm going to have fun tomorrow it seems... It'll be people queuing outside the doors before 0900, with it getting rather busy any time after 0930!
