I, erm, didn't check that! I was going off my last work trip up that way.

Looking at the LNER booking site it tells me which trains are Azuma so they can be avoided

The Inverness services will divert via Kirkcaldy, but otherwise there aren't any diversions next weekend as far as I'm aware.

Todays diagrams have gone out of the window as the overhead wires have come down just north of York. May have a knock on effect tomorrow too, so expect potentially quite a few cases of Azumas and 91s on services that should be HSTs and vice versa.

I wouldn't have thought so, the 800 diagrams have to be quite rigid, as to hand them back to the correct depot at the end of service.

They've generally been more flexible over that on LNER than they have been on GWR. It is entirely possible that HSTs may end up on 800 booked services and vice versa tomorrow with sets being out of place tonight.
