There's a full list in the downloads sections of wnxx but you have to subscribe to see that area I think (not everything in life is free!). Abrail also has lists but isn't quite as comprehensive.

The mobile app called "SpotLog" contains lists of the locomotives currently in use and who owns them, and their livery - and it seems to be kept fairly up to date from what I've seen so far.

I'd second this. The subscription is very reasonable for the amount of data available and how up-to-date it appears to be. There's other (free) websites quoted on here, but I know of less-than-accurate data on them in at least some areas.
