[REL] apt exterior (moving bogies)

well now the time as come (well almost!) for the apt external. we have now got everything in place. the exterior is uploaded to the download site. bve4trainz are now fully updated and ready for the passing views


just thought id give everybody a heads up that as soon as Al (guillyman) gives me his read me. i will take off the password and the apt external will be open to the general public.
