Do signallers have access to driver diagramming information? I ask because on a few occasions I've noticed regulating decisions being made that negatively impact the service because they don't appear to take account of the driver diagramming requirements. I suspect the answer is no, or at least it will depend on liaison with TOC controllers but it does strike me as an area where service recovery could possibly be improved. Or do they already have this information and my impression that they don't simply stems from the fact that from my position as a driver, I can't see the whole picture during service disruption?

Generally not. A big advantage is if the toc control is in the same centre as signalling (ie Merseyrail). Of course this isn't possible with bigger tocs most of the time.

Our docker shows the turn numbers, so you can see that, for example, AB1009 driver works in on 1A00 and away again on 1B01 but that's the extent of it.

Sometimes it's obvious though.

Not in my part of the world, it's bad enough trying to get the simplifiers to show the correct timings for staions and junctions without adding things like stock workings, drivers & guard diagrams as well.
