Regular freight timetable

I'm looking for a regular freight timetable or a 'link' to one and i can't find one, I know alot of stuff is moved 'on demand' but the bulk is 'timetabled', and i'm wanting to wander off across the north of england (Settle & Carlisle) with my camera photographing freight workings so any help in the right direction would be appreciated

What you want is a working timetable. I havent seen one in about five years, but they are still issued to those who want them. They are not supposed to be published, but I would be stunned if you couldnt find an up to date one on the internet somewhere.

Im not aware that printed versions go out anymore, they are all downloadable pdfs sat on internal systems.

Yes, I offer constantly updated freight timetables for over 100 locations in the UK,
including Kirkby Stephen and Hellifield on the S+C.

Because it is my full time job, I charge for the service (current introductory
prices start at £33), but the way I see it, you would waste far more than
£33 in wasted petrol/train fares if you don't know the best day/time to visit
particular lines/locations to see particular trains/loco classes!
