Regional Loco Hauled Train in Italy

Are there still any loco hauled regional services running in and around Milan, I am planning a visit to Italy next April, I know that some Intercity services are loco hauled and the ETR500 has a power car, but looking for any regional services that are still loco hauled, rather than just using Intercity services
