Regarding Application under consideration for assessment 2

Hi all

I have applied to network rail for works delivery supervisor-signalling, My application status is showing

application under review
application accepted
application under consideration
application under consideration for assessment 2

The same status is showing for past one month, can any body explain me what is the further stages in recruitment process. Is there any chance of me getting the job.

Normally means the hiring manager is making a decision on who to interview. It could be a good sign, as in my experience it normally changed to "Invite to assessment 2 pending" which is just another waiting game waiting for HR to ring the chosen people.

It could be a good sign.
