umm, I can't seem to see it on the downloads page. I can see the old one but not the new one

Use route randomizer available at TSC.
Your bve will probabily be looking for a folder called 'cl323' but the refurb file name is different i think.

I'll try that, i had another option but that just seemed tedious,

Copy the csv route file for the timetable that you want, open the file and rename the train folder to the CL323 refurb name.

When the 323 was updated, it changed both the names so you will need to change it either in the route file or use route randomiser as mentioned.
