Refurbish Class 185s with new TPE announcements.

I was on a TPE 185147 when I heard the new announcements that TPE have brought in alongside the updates to the 397s.

It also seems the livery has been updated to match the 802s too.

The 185s are currently having their vinyls replaced, which in turn adds those new decals
