Refund tickets due to engineering works

I Booker and purchased my tickets a few weeks ago for June 2.

The train company has just posted details of engineering works and I won't be able to get to my destination on time. It's the first service so I can't travel earlier.

Can I get a refund without paying the admin charge. Do I apply to the site that sold me the ticket or the train operators

You can get a refund with no admin fee through wherever you bought the ticket from.
