If bad weather conditions meant that you chose not to travel, do normal refund rules apply?
Normal refund rules (for example,) means being subject to the administrative fee of £5 and not being able to refund advance tickets.
If a train gets delayed by at least 15 minutes or cancelled for whatever reason, and you chose not to travel, then you should be able to receive a refund at no extra cost. This includes if the reason for the delay or cancellation is due to bad weather. But do normal rules apply if the weather is bad, but trains run to schedule?
