I have a open return booked for 5 passengers with Grand Central railway

These are fully refundable tickets (the instructions accompanying the booking confirmation email state that if we wish to refund the tickets we have to call a phone number to do this, it can’t be done online)

Can any of the experts on here advise please on whether this is an “all or nothing” scenario, where you have to cancel and refund all of the tickets or none, or whether you can cancel one passengers tickets, get a refund for that, and leave the other 4 intact?

There is a chance one of my party will no longer be able to attend so it would be good if it’s the latter

Thanks in advance

Usually, each ticket would be individually refundable. The only exception would be if you used a group discount for the tickets (e.g. GroupSave or a Two Together Railcard) and would no longer meet the minimum group size requirement. That's unlikely here, as those requirements are generally 2 or 3 people travelling together, and you still have 4 people.
