I traveled by NXEC at the start of June, train was about an hour and a half late so I submitted a delay repay form. They've still not got back to me, you can never get through to customer services on the phone and the lovely people at the station refuse to do anything other than give you the phone number.
By the time my refund comes through, in National Rail vouchers, I'll no longer have any real use for them - over this summer I could have used them many times - but outwith the holidays I buy all my tickets online.
Considering the fact that they have broken their passengers charter (by not replying within 28 days), would that class as a circumstance under which I could ask for a cheque - which would be of more use to me?
