http://www.redspottedhanky.com/contact-us/contact-us-about-booking/.

Redspottedhanky have now changed their contact telephone number from a premium-rate 0906 number to a free-phone 0800 number. The new number is: 0800 377 7748. This is clearly advertised in the "contact us" section of their website. Whilst this number has always been available (on saynoto0870.com), I'm glad (and surprised) to see that redspottedhanky have decided to make this their official telephone number.

So now you have the following benefits when booking with redspottedhanky:
  • FREE-PHONE customer support
  • TREBLE your Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use on train tickets
  • Avoid ALL booking fees and credit/debit card fees
  • Have FREE ToD collection, or
  • Have FREE First Class delivery
  • AND use the wonderful (in ways) WebTIS!

Hooray!

I give a big thumbs up to ATOS Origin, that's all I can say! :D

Good News Everybody!

I'd prefer a landline number so it would be free from mobiles (I believe saynoto0870 gives a Wolverhampton number) but I guess this is the best we can except.

Yes, it does, the number being 01902 627981. I doubt redspottedhanky would mind about people being given this number, as it would cost them less.

There was a story saying they were doing Hotel Bookings -
http://www.webwire.com/ViewPressRel.asp?aId=146532
Nothing on the website yet.
It says you can earn loyalty points on accommodation so presumably integrated into the site (not just an affiliated link like for European Travel/Events). Wonder if they will take Tesco Vouchers for that?

Tesco Clubcard vouchers can only being used toward UK train tickets (and probably things such as East Coast cafe-bar vouchers). They can't be used toward international train tickets or hotels.

This can only be a good thing. Perhaps in light of Trainline's rather public bashing by the ASA they are looking to capitalise and steal some of the market share..?

Does any other ticket seller have a freephone number?

And the equivalent of 1% cashback in loyalty points.

Freephone numbers can be dialled free from Skype so that is an option if you are have inclusive data on your device.

Southern still wins for me due to the £2.50 cashback and Rainy Day Guarantee. I only use RSH with Clubcard points.

Is that a quote from somewhere? I still can't where they sell these hotels or any references to them.

Has any of that cashback actually been confirmed and paid into your bank account?

I have been previously given this number direct from RSH customer services along with a £5.00 voucher, I can't remember the circumstances though
