A quick one...

If i've used my RSH loyalty points to collect a ticket, will any card work, or one linked to my account?

For example :

Can I use the other half's card?

How does it recognise the booking then if you haven't used a card?

Just put any card in and the enter the booking reference when requested.

If using loyalty points you don't need to enter any card details.

I had exactly this scenario and put any card in and then entered the booking ref and it worked ok

You have to punch in the booking reference number.
