Does anyone know how often trains run to/from Reddish South and Denton stations (Nr Manchester)?

National Rail doesn't seem to show any trains running from there.

Interesting that the mileage shown in the current GBTT between Stockport and Reddish South is 1.5, if my memory is not deceiving me BR LMR Timetables of the 1970s used to show (I think) 2.5miles as the distance?

According to Trackmaps it's 55ch from Stockport to the junction and 1 mile 50ch thence to Reddish South, so 2 miles 25ch.

I thought it was more than 2miles as there is a milepost right opposite our house showing 1.2 that is obviously measured from the Junction, thanks for the info chaps:D

Out of itnerest, when you say 1.2, does it actually say '1.2' on it or is it a '1' with two dots/marks?

Unfortunately I can't currently see the milepost due to a bank of overgrown thorn bushes on our side of the railway embankment (the post is on the opposite side) but Iam pretty certain it is '1' with two dots on a small low set plate, from memory the post it replaced ( the old tall thin style) stated 1&1/4.
