The opening paragraph(s) are:

Redccar and Cleveland Council has secured a long-term lease for Redcar railway station, paving the way for a multi-million pound refurbishment.

The council wants to bring a derelict building forming part of the station footprint back into use and potentially provide new retail and leisure space with a view to providing a “fitting gateway” into the town. There had been frustration over the length of time it had taken to agree a lease with negotiations having begun with Network Rail and council leader Mary Lanigan stating last year that the station was a “major asset” and complaining that “this has gone on forever”.

The article includes a photo which shows the central entrance, currently a brick wall+doors+windows frontage - the frontage has been removed, opened up completly and a large glazed atrium added to the exterior which fits very well the buildings architecture.

Looks very nice.
