Either that, or its his garden, but it does look like hes infront of the fence. IIRC Ive seen a guy do it at Eastleigh, and got a photo, Hold on ITS THE SAME GUY:shock:.

As far as I can work out he was not trespassing, there is a gate there for lineside workers to access the line. He was equipped with a milk crate so that's probably why he looks high-up. The drivers were not hooting at him, which suggests that there was a fence between them and him. Anyway, he gave up as the 31s got later and later (everyone expected them early) and moved up to the bridge. I hardly think you can identify him from that distance Fred; it's just a figure in a blue coat! I've not seen him about, and I know Eastleigh a lot better than you do.

Thank you for the comment Damon! :)

Cheers for all the comments.

RE The Pig in the background, you are quite correct it was either 2421 or 2424 being taken off for refurbishment from Eastleigh to Wolverton behind 66585.

"Yes, I saw a man standing behind a fence next to a railway line last Saturday, can you arrest him please for trespassing".

I think not, where in my post did I suggest I was going to "grass" him? The last comment was just to shut Fred's cocky attitude (because he's been to Eastleigh twice so he must know it like the back of his hand) up!

Thanks for the comments anyway! :)
