Realtime trains London Marylebone to Swansea

[Spursglory]

I am looking for a Realtime trains timetable from December 2015 and/ or May 2018 of diverted services from London Marylebone to Swansea and Penzance and cannot find any after looking long and hard over the Internet for several months. Is anyone able to post a timetable from any of the above mentioned services?
