E = Wagon status (in this case red carded). 0 (zero) for 503506 means normal status, 7 would mean in position for loading or unloading.
88729 = current location Stanox (88729 = Hoo Junction Down Yard). See Stanox codes listed alphabetically here:

99 = Days at this location (can only show a maximum of 99 days). 00 days (seen on 503506 info) normally means the wagon arrived at the location today.
