Re-signalling Projects

When are the following "heritage routes" due to be converted from control at local boxes etc to signalling centres, I know some are already in the process or been prepared for upgrade.

* Norwich-Ely
* Crewe-Shrewsbury
* Welsh Marches route

Ely - Norwich is due to transfer to Cambridge next June.

Shippea Hill to Harling Road on 16/17th and Eccles Road to Wymondham the following weekend.

And I'll be job hunting!!!

Marches will be a good few years yet, Im sure someone has posted the NR dateline for the control centres in another thread somewhere.

In Canterbury East there are, but there going in the resignlling phase, and deal might still have a couple.

I'm pretty sure Deal has just the one on Platform 1 these days at the west end of the platform by the road bridge. Platform 2's signal is a modern one. not been there in a while so the remaining one may be gone.

There's still quite a lot of mechanical signalling in (especially east) Kent yep, as it's been pointed out a lot of it is due to go in the next 10 years, but some will remain for a long time yet.

Resignalling over the next couple of years:

Robin Hood line, part of Trent PSB and Kirby summit to Derby EMCC - This weekend
Leicester PSB - Abolished this Christmas, to Derby EMCC ditto Croft.
Slough IECC - Abolished this Christmas, to Didcot TVSC
Water Orton resignalling, next 6 months
Basingstoke - Exeter resignalling, 2012
West Burton resignalling, 2012
Crewe - Shrewsbury resignalling, 2012
Swindon B IECC abolished, to Didcot TVSC, 2012
Ely - Norwich resignalling, 2012
Harrogate area resignalling, 2012
Birmingham Snow Hill - Kidderminster, 2012
Dorchester - Wareham resignalling, 2013
