Re-applying

Hi folks

I was wondering if u apply to the same toc for the same role, does it go against u if u have been through the process before?

This year went for a depot driver role with emt and after getting past stage 1 I then went and failed the managers interview.

If the role with emt becomes avaliable again I fully intend to apply again but I am worried even if I put a similar application in I wont even make it past the pre selection again.

Is it worth mentioning in my application I was unsucessful and that I have since passed the remaining psycometric tests?

Shouldn't be an issue, some companies ask you to wait at least 6 months before applying again (not sure on EMT) but you won't have anything to lose if you do apply anyway worst they can do is turn you down again

From my experience... no issue. Failed driver manager interview and then 6 months later passed it and got the job & now qualified for same company
