Hello, first post so please be gentle and apologies if this is the wrong place but…
In view of upcoming assessment and overhearing a conversation thereabouts, I have a random question regarding cautioning trains.
When can a train be cautioned on the move?
I know of rail adhesion issues, animals on the line and missing safety/emergency equipment (which I assume means missing tail lamp or missing TSR/ESR boards) but there must be more?….
Thanks.
