railworks wont load the routes

ok so when i pick my route it starts to load it normaly then it turns into a black screen and the curser turns from a circle(which means loading) to a normal arrow then i press the start button on my keyboard to get off the game it says a problem caused railworks to stop working

You seem to be having a lot of problems with Railworks!

Try running the game as the administrator.

You might need to clear your cache. You need to log onto steam and do it from there. I can't remember exactly how to do it but it is in properties or something like that! You should email the support centre to find out how to do it. Hope this helps it probably won't!

If thats the blueprint cache you refer to Railguy220, I posted a guide how to do this in another similarly related thread last week so should be there. I did it following advice after I installed a DLC and it worked wonders!
