railworks help

can anyone help i put my hand on the computer kebboard and i pressed some keys but i never ment it i dont know which 1 i pressed but in the corner it ways railworks frame rate well it just says frame rate so how do i get ride of it

Aargh no Darren, if you press 'z' while driving a diesel the engine will switch off...

You need to press SHIFT + z to toggle frame rate on and off.

Now that was a schoolboy error!

You are quite correct, it is Shift + Z but a handy hint, hold shift for half a second before you press Z, sometimes doing it too quick means the z keystroke gets recognised first and switches the engine off anyway!
